Most orders are shipped within 48 hours, and many, faster than that. Please allow two weeks for your order to arrive.
Delivery time varies due to where the item is shipped, holidays, weekends, and the day of week when ordered.

Regarding your email address:
While we do not require your email address to order, it is in your best interest to provide it. All we do with it is to communicate with you in the event there is a problem with your order. If you do not supply us your email address and there is a problem, your order can be delayed considerably.

If your order total is over $200, or you will be using Expedited Shipping, we require that you supply us with your email address and telephone number in case we have questions regarding your order, and for fraud protection.
Large or expedited orders without this information will likely be held aside awaiting you to email us with your info.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We only ship RUBBER DUCKY items internationally. All 'non-ducky' items are shipped within the USA only. International orders are handled on an individual basis as the shipping charges are too complicated for our online system. International customers will receive an email quoting the exact shipping charges for their order. All shipping charges shown online are for US delivery only.
